KONA MOBILITY common requirements
- Applicants with high level of passion and challenging spirit in the work
- Graduates at least from community college in related majors
- For experienced applicants, those with more than 2 years of experience in the practical area
- For male applicants, those who fulfilled military service or exempted from it
- Those without disqualifications from overseas traveling
- Applicants fluent in foreign language or holding master's degree or doctoral degree
- Preference to veterans according to related laws
- No discrimination in gender or age
- Available to work in Seoul or Daegu

Document application
Screening process is based on whether basic information and personal statement are fully written in the application and whether applicants are qualified for the areas in recruitment. Considering the plans for recruitment, candidates are selected for the interview process.
Interview
Basic hands-on working ability, expertise, and working ability are evaluated as needed in the field of recruitment selecting the finally appointed applicants (if needed, second interview might be necessary).
